Siompu citrus is one of the leading fruits on Siompu Island, southeast Sulawesi. This fruit has a distinctive flavor and is very sweet and juicy. In the past, this fruit was very famous for its high productivity. The land condition of Siompu Island is dominantly rocky (karst) with thin soil solum characteristics, and farmers do not know how to make mycorrhizal biofertilizer. Extension activities and training on the production of mycorrhizal biofertilizer were held on November 9, 2022, at Baruga Binawakili, Nggulanggula Village, Siompu District, and South Buton Regency with 40 participants. The method to be used in this program is the technology transfer method. The results of the service showed that there was an increase in farmers' knowledge and capacity related to the production of mycorrhizal biofertilizers after participants participated in extension activities and technical guidance.
