This study aims to determine the diversity of Arbuscular Mycorrhizal Fungi (AMF) in the rhizosphere of angsana (Pterocarpus indicus Willd) in Gu District, Central Buton Regency. This research was conducted from October to December 2018. The study was conducted using a survey method. The implementation of the study begins with taking soil and root samples in the field, then the samples are taken to the laboratory to be isolated, observed and identified. The results showed that 10 species of angsana trees were symbiotic (colonized) with AMF. Tree number 3, 4, 5 and 10 have the highest colonization (> 80%). The most commonly found AMF structure is internal hyphae. Found 5 types of AMF spores consisting of 3 genera, namely Glomus (3 types), Acaulospora (1 type) and Scutellospora (1 type). Glomus dominant in all trees.
